Frikadeller!!!

Kan du huske da jeg skrevet denne blog?
Can you remember when I wrote this entry?

Du skal læse det så du fuldstændigt kan værdsætte Mads´ nye tøj!
You must read it so you can fully appreciate Mads´ new clothes!

Jeg er sikker på at den anden "MADS NØRGAARD"
sælger ikke tøj ligesom denne!
I am certain that the other "MADS NØRGAARD"
does not sell clothes like this!

TUSIND TAK til vores ven Nettie! Mads er meget stolt af hans nye tshirt
og kan ikke vente at have på!
MANY THANKS to our friend, Nettie! Mads is super proud of his new tshirt
and cannot wait to wear it!

Oh, I love them too. My MIL makes them a little flat oval, the shape of a spoon, not like meatballs. Is that how your family makes them?

Lynette..
they are also flat ovals....
not like a meatball at all....
and from what everyone says, they are delicious!!!! Maybe I should branch out of my vegetarian lifestyle and try one!

She taught me her trick. Heat the metal spoon in the hot fat and then dip the spoon in the runny meat mixture. The heat of the spoon shapes the meat and you plop it in the pan...
a little spoon shapped patty. yummy!
Sorry, I could never be a vegetarian... but I love veggies too!

I am still surprised that you are vegetarian living in Denmark. They are all about meat and potatoes!

Where did she find that shirt?? I need to get one for Peter. We have totally different ways of making frikadeller. I make them one way, he makes them like the shape of a spoon. I haven't mastered that technique yet.
