Mysterium Løses ... Mystery Solved

Tak for alle kommentarer.... Min mor var rigtig fordi hun kender mig bedst! Og hun ved at der er en ting at kan gøre mig SÅ GLAD..... IS I MIT KØKKEN!

Thanks for all the comments and guesses... My mom was right because she knows me best! And she knows that there is one thing that can make me THIS HAPPY.... ICE IN MY KITCHEN!

Husker du den blog jeg kaldte IS KRISIS??
Remember this blog called ICE CRISIS??

Everyone knows how much ICE TEA we drink...and I have taught Mads that is very important that ICE TEA actually has ICE in it... so every evening, he goes outside and then down into the basement and makes the ice (from some ice trays I brought back from MoMo´s house)....but NO MORE!!

Mads experienced the best ice in our hotel in London... the same type that we call "Sonic Ice" in America and since then, he has searched and searched to find a way to have "sonic ice" in Denmark. Our new ice maker does not make "sonic" ice, but it does make the kind that you can chew... that gets yummy and crunchy after it sits in your glass!! IT IS AMAZING and it stands in the corner of the kitchen!!! Here is a link to the company who sells this MAGICAL ICE MAKER!!

(og Tara...du har ret ... vores kælder trapper er SKRÆMMENDE!!)
(And Tara...you are right...our basement stairs are SCARY!!!)

You lucky girl. I use those stupid plastic bags. My next trip to the US will include REAL ice cube trays.

I'm still hoping you can find a crock pot.

WOW...you are so lucky! Do you know, Lucy's and my ice maker in our fridge broke recently. I've been going crazy with no ice. So I can definitely appreciate an ice machine right about now! I'll have to try it when I come visit you!

I feel dumb...I left a coment in on your "mystery" photo post, before I saw you had already blogged telling us what it is.

That is funny about the "Sonic Ice". Andreas had his first taste a few months ago when we decided to make a one hour trip to Orange Coounty for that is where the nearest Sonic is for us. And he was speechless at all the Sonics and Dairy queens he saw this past trip to Texas and Lousiana. He got to taste his first blizzard !

We have an icemaker in our fridge that works perfectly well, but now you've got me wanting one of those countertop things!

You had me at "yummy and crunchy after it sits in your glass!!"

Jim would die in DK without an icemaker...he puts ice in everything: wine, beer...even milk! I guess it is a southern thing ;-)
