Vælger i Danmark .... Voting in Denmark

Yesterday, I received something in the mailbox...my ballot for "Election 2008"! I decided who to vote for in the presidential election before I moved to Denmark, and my previous decision is CONFIRMED every time I see the Danish news on TV. I used to be a little scared about the idea of "Hillary" becoming president, but now...GOD...the idea of McCain becoming president, dying before his 4 years are up, and SARAH PALIN taking charge of AMERICA. I HOPE America wakes up before November 4, puts their archaic prejudices aside, and chooses the person who can turn our country BACK in the RIGHT direction!

Sarah Palin TERRIFIES me. That's all I will say about that for now..but trust me, I could go on for HOURS...and hours and hours....

Our ballots look completely and totally different. Mine is 3 pages and has much bigger print. Guess people in Lubbock county all have bad eyes. ;)

My students were discussing the election the other day and they are 100% opposed to Barack Obama. They want McCain and they think Palin is "cute". That tell you anything about the town they live in?

I got mine in the mail earlier this week. :) I couldn't agree more about your voting choice. Here is hoping we have a great change come January.

It is also interesting to see that your ballot is in Spanish as well.

I too, like sh, have been surpised to see so many of my students supporting McCain. The sad thing is, the number one reason they have to support their choice is because they say "Barrack Obama is a terrorist". It makes me realize how prejudiced the people around me are because I know they are saying that because that is what they are hearing at home.
